Terms of service

Each memory pendant is engraved with a five-digit code beneath its QR. That code is the only one we issue: it opens the keepsafe, and the first signed-in person to claim an unclaimed pendant becomes its owner. Keep it with the piece.

You are responsible for the content you upload and confirm you have the right to share it. We may disable a keepsafe that is used for unlawful or abusive content.

A standard keepsafe holds 12 curated memories — each one a photo, written words and/or a voice note. Keepsafes created before this became the standard keep the larger allowance they were issued with.

Replacement pieces can be issued so that the same memory page continues to work with a new engraving. Contact hello@lilymarkstudio.com.
